How It Works

Place One Cushion
Set a single dry cushion on the quartz glass tray with the opening facing up so the light reaches the surfaces that contact your skin. Remove headgear, frame, and tubing first—cushion only.

Close and Start
Close the lid and press START. The LCD counts down the 30-minute cycle.

Ready When It's Done
The unit turns off automatically at the end of the cycle. There's nothing to rinse or wipe, and the cushion is ready to use right away.

How It Differs from the Original Paptizer

The original LiViliti Paptizer is a multi-purpose UVC device with a larger chamber, a quick 3-minute cycle, and drying and storage modes. The Paptizer 360 is purpose-built and FDA-cleared specifically for CPAP mask cushions, processing one cushion per 30-minute cycle on a quartz glass tray.

Lab Testing

In laboratory (in vitro) testing on ResMed AirFit F20 mask cushions, one complete cycle demonstrated a 2-log (99%) reduction of S. aureus, S. epidermidis, P. aeruginosa, K. pneumoniae, S. pyogenes, and E. coli. Any correlation between in vitro results and clinical outcome has not been established.

Compatibility

The Paptizer 360 has been tested for use with the ResMed AirFit F20 (mask cushion only). The safe use of the Paptizer 360 with any other respiratory devices or accessories, such as headgear, mask frame, and mask elbow, has not been established. It is not intended for tubing, headgear, or CPAP machines.
